Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead native iOS development with production experience on both iOS and Android. You will design scalable architectures, contribute to Design Systems, and deliver customer-facing features at scale.

The role involves collaborating across Product, UX, and platform teams, building reusable components, and advancing CI/CD practices. Strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional iOS development with production cross-platform experience.
• Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI and iOS SDK.
• Experience building Design Systems and reusable UI components.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, modularization, and performance optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, backend services, and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality native iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Drive modern iOS architecture, modular components, reusable frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Build and evolve Design Systems and reusable UI components.
• Develop complex customer-facing features that integrate with backend APIs and services.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/Design, Android, Backend, QA, Architecture, and Platform teams.
• Partner with Mobile Platform team to adopt shared frameworks and standards.
• Participate in the full SDLC including testing, deployment, and production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release automation.
• Write clean, secure, testable code with strong unit and UI test coverage.
• Mentor engineers and help establish mobile engineering standards.
