ABOUT PROJECT

ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a Senior/Middle DevOps Engineer in Argentina.

Our client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the USA, serving over 25 million members. ELEKS is expanding the team in Argentina to work with this client and contribute to delivering secure, high-quality technology solutions for the client’s enterprise ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Tooling Analyst role
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
• Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure
• Experience in automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of DevOps toolchains, scripting languages (Bash, Python), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation, IaC principles, and config management tools
• Ability to implement security best practices across development and operations environments
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack, Grafana)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot build/deployment issues quickly
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate teams on DevOps tools and capabilities
• Familiarity with compliance and governance practices in DevOps workflows (HIPAA)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and working within cross-functional DevOps teams
• High proficiency in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the administration & integration of all Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tooling to support developers and DevOps teams
• Develop tool integrations that allow for end-to-end traceability for application development
• Create auditable solutions for builds and deployments using tools like Github Enterprise, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus and/or UCD
• Support all development tooling platforms being used by product teams.Provide technical expertise in regard to tools development to enable automation
• Gather tools requirements to create integrated toolset across portfolios.
• Formulate strategy to identify application dependencies across multiple applications
• Collaborate with customers to understand problem statement and translate into deliverable units of work
• Define, implement, and maintain IT processes for integrating and deploying applications
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and processes to build and deploy code, content, services, and product environments
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud concepts and technologies such as AWS and Azure
• Exposure to automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration technologies
• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to build and automate cloud deployments
• Design and implement security best practices
• Design, plan and integrate DevOps platforms with existing IT landscape
• Review, guide, troubleshoot and resolve contentious issues escalated during implementation
• Develop operating procedures and user manuals for consumption by user community
• Educate teams on the implementation of new DevOps technologies and capabilities
