• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years in data/BI roles including BI, analytics, reporting, and data transformation.
• Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities to support operational and financial decisions.
• Experience with Cognos, Power BI, and other BI platforms for dashboards and executive reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership presentation.
