MVR Digital is seeking a Senior Meta Ads Strategist to own Meta strategy and execution for a portfolio of premium DTC brands. You will build, test, and scale campaigns in Ads Manager, shaping the paid social approach that our client expects from a results-driven partner.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of Meta Ads experience, manage $100K+ monthly budgets, and can operate across EST hours in a fully remote setup. A strong track record in DTC/e-commerce and GA4/Looker Studio familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience at an agency or high-growth DTC brand.
• Deep Meta expertise: Advantage+, CBO, signal quality, CAPI.
• Experience managing $100K+ monthly Meta budgets.
• Experience in DTC or e-commerce.

Responsabilités

• Own Meta strategy and daily execution for 4–6 DTC accounts; build, structure, budget pacing, testing, scaling.
• Manage $100K+ monthly Meta spend with ROAS, CPA, MER targets.
• Set up and QA tracking: pixel, CAPI, event match quality, catalog health.
• Run structured creative tests; brief creatives and tie results to decisions.
• Provide clear written recommendations to the client lead per account.
• QA paid social work before it goes live.
