L'Oréal is seeking a Research & Strategy Analyst for a remote, LATAM-focused role within a performance marketing context. The position centers on owning research, data, and drafts for engagements, running end-to-end processes on simpler projects and leading research and synthesis on complex initiatives.
You will conduct market and competitive research across client engagements, audit marketing experiences, pull and analyze data, and craft first-draft reports and strategic documents.
Our client is a marketing agency that partners with higher education institutions to grow enrollment and improve marketing performance. Their consulting practice works alongside university and college partners to diagnose challenges, evaluate opportunities, and develop strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

This is a production role: you own the research, the data, and the drafts that make every engagement possible. On more defined, repeatable engagements, you run the process nearly end to end. On more complex strategic projects, you own the research and synthesis layer and hand over findings organized well enough to become the foundation of the final recommendation.
