Worley, a global energy and resources company, seeks a Senior Manager, Logistics in Buenos Aires. You will lead the program’s logistics performance, drive improvements, and ensure safety, schedule, cost and service delivery.

You will establish governance, coordinate with FFWW and transport providers, manage risks, monitor KPIs, and oversee budgets and forecasts. The role requires a university degree and 15+ years' experience including supervisory roles.

• University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 15+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall management of the program’s logistics performance, driving continuous improvement, transparency in reporting, and achievement of strategic objectives related to safety, schedule, cost, and service delivery.
• Establish and lead logistics governance processes, including control frameworks and reporting structures, to ensure effective oversight of logistics performance.
• Oversee integrated coordination between FFWW and transportation providers, ensuring operational alignment and achievement of project objectives.
• Manage logistics risks and opportunities, including mitigation plans, deviation management, escalation of critical issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the monitoring and reporting of logistics performance through KPIs, covering safety, schedule, cost, service quality, and delivery compliance.
• Provide commercial oversight of logistics contracts, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, driving cost control and value generation for the project.
• Identify and implement logistics optimization and freight consolidation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall project costs.

Requirements

University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 15+ years relevant experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.

• Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues. May be involved in the development of new systems, processes and tools.
