Walmart Global Audit is seeking a Senior Manager, Audit in Bentonville, AR to lead multiple audits, manage project deadlines, and develop managers and senior auditors while delivering data-driven insights to senior leaders across the business.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in internal audit, strong SOX knowledge, and experience with Power BI/Tableau and Google BigQuery. The team fosters independence and a proactive, Fortune#1 culture that supports career growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ audit or MIS experience, or 6 years’ audit experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Experience with IT, financial analysis, or relevant area preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and SOX compliance.

Position Summary

This Senior Manager, Audit, position will report to the Director of Global Audit. As a Senior Manager, you’ll advise on financial, compliance, operational or IT risks to the company. You’ll plan audit projects, establish business relationships, accomplish the plans, and manage expectations of senior leaders in Global Audit and the businesses you support. You’ll lead audit associates on your team through all phases of audit projects and ensure their success. You’ll partner with multiple business leaders across the company, providing valuable insights to ensure the success of these many businesses across the enterprise.

What you’ll do

• Complete Multiple Audits throughout the year
• Manage Project Deadlines and update all partners on deliverables
• Oversee and Develop Manager and Senior Auditors while providing real-time feedback on their progress
• Communicate Findings and track the remediation activities of management
• Collaborate with Peers Across Global Audit on audit plan execution, project staffing and associate development
• Create and Support Proactive Programs throughout the department

What you’ll bring

• Ideally 7+ years’ experience in internal audit practices, methodology, and controls.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and SOX, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, AOP review, and management reporting.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for improving ways of working.
• Skilled in large datasets, data preparation, and dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau); able to query Google BigQuery; AI experience a plus.
• Present data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive impact.
• Experienced collaborating with domestic and multinational teams.
• Clear storyteller who simplifies complex topics.
• Expertise in financial systems automation and tool implementation.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in internal/external audit, management information systems, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in information technology, financial analysis, or relevant area, Master’s Degree in business or related field.
