Werben HR is hiring a Sysadmin Linux Remote SSR (Night Shift) to join our Site Operations team in Buenos Aires. You will help keep customer applications running at peak performance and be the first point of contact for global clients.

Responsibilities include incident management, RCA generation, documentation, and building proactive monitoring. You will work with AWS, containerized apps, and modern monitoring tools while collaborating with teammates.

Formación

• Advanced Linux in production environments.
• Experience with monitoring metrics/alerting systems.
• Experience tracking issues with ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Willingness to self-educate and share knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Follow incident management procedures in production environments.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and timeline creation.
• Create and maintain documentation on installations, incidents, and procedures.
• Analyze and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.
• Monitor metrics for availability and latency.
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure monitoring.
