JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires seeks a Sr Lead Security Engineer to design and govern hardware security modules and cryptographic infrastructure supporting high‑assurance payment systems.

You will lead architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management across Thales and FutureX platforms, guide AI-assisted security workflows, and collaborate with global teams to ensure resiliency, auditability, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of security engineering experience.
• 7+ years with Hardware Security Modules and high-availability infra design.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities in security workflows.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cryptographic principles, key management, and secure hardware operations.
• Experience with OpenSSL and certificate-based authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, design, and documentation of HSM and cryptographic infrastructure.
• Utilize AI-assisted security analysis and documentation within the SDLC.
• Design and implement HSM solutions across Thales and FutureX platforms.
• Create architectural diagrams, runbooks, and system documentation.
• Define infrastructure standards, security controls, and industry-regulatory alignment.
• Oversee migration, upgrades, and consolidation of HSM infrastructure with minimal disruption.
• Provide guidance on cryptographic key management, confidential computing, and PCI DSS / FIPS compliance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and HSM issues with root-cause analysis.
• Participate in risk assessments, audits, and incident response activities.
