Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect - LATAM to lead tax technology implementations and governance across ERP systems in Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, and Mexico City. You will design, test, and train on tax solutions, collaborating with global teams to ensure compliant tax reporting and efficient processes.

The role emphasizes tax architecture, liaison with tax managers, and ensuring consistency of tax rules across ERP platforms in a LATAM context.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems or applications.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in ERP systems.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), gathering local tax requirements with country/regional tax experts, assisting in design, testing, and trainings after go-live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Help build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications following standard tax methodology.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across tax areas using Tax Methodology; assist with controls in ERP space.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to reach a joined solution.
