Ciklum is seeking a skilled Front-end Engineer to lead the design system and front-end strategy across multiple digital platforms in a global enterprise environment. You will shape component architecture, implement reusable UI blocks, and drive governance for consistent UI across web apps.

Demonstrated experience with React, Web Components, and Next.js is essential, along with a strong focus on accessibility, performance, and automated testing.

Formación

• Experience translating complex workflows into reusable UI components.
• Proficient in React (Hooks, Context, State Management) and Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and performance optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Build & maintain a unified enterprise design system powering multiple digital platforms.
• Drive front-end strategy, component architecture, and governance across web apps.
• Ensure accessibility, semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and Core Web Vitals targets.
• Collaborate with US-based PMs, UX Designers, and Architects to translate workflows into UI components.
• Manage semantic versioning of UI packages, document changes, and automate UI testing pipelines.
