The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in Argentina is seeking a Senior Java Integration Developer. The role begins remote as we locate a co-working space in CABA, Buenos Aires, and requires deep Java/Spring Boot expertise to design and deploy integration services on AWS.

You will migrate MuleSoft flows to Spring Boot, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and codify infrastructure with IaC while mentoring peers and working with D365/Workday contracts.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional Java development; Java 17/21, collections, streams, concurrency, HTTP, JSON.
• Strong Spring Boot and REST API design experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience: Lambda, Fargate, S3, Secrets Manager, IAM, CloudWatch, EventBridge, SNS/SQS.
• Strong CI/CD background: GitHub Actions, Docker, multi-env promotion, secrets handling in pipelines, automated rollbacks.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS CDK, SAM, or CloudFormation.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) on real work.
• Comfortable reading MuleSoft flows and DataWeave.
• Solid software design: SOLID, layered architecture, testability, observability.
• Git workflow, code reviews, clear written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Convert MuleSoft apps to Spring Boot/Java services on AWS Lambda/Fargate.
• Design configuration-driven services to share one codebase.
• Own end-to-end: build, deploy (Docker/ECR), Secrets Manager, S3, EventBridge, CloudWatch.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Automate migration scaffolds, templates, libraries, code generators.
• Codify infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/AWS CDK/SAM).
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate boilerplate and testing.
• Improve developer experience with local harnesses and pre-commit hooks.
• Mentor developers, run code reviews, document patterns.
• Collaborate with D365, Workday, platform teams on contracts.
• Champion clean code and testing; pragmatic trade-offs.
