AgileEngine is seeking a Senior IT Endpoint Security Lead to design and enhance enterprise governance, risk and compliance frameworks, aligning policies with regulatory expectations and business goals in hybrid work environments to protect data and payment processes while enabling secure innovation.

You will develop and refine security policies, oversee governance processes, coordinate with internal audit, and guide security by design across projects and platforms to ensure risk-based decision

Qualifikationen

• Advanced or completed studies related to Technology and/or Information Security.
• Knowledge and experience in General Network Management and Security.
• Intermediate/Advanced English language skills.

• Design and implement enterprise governance risk and compliance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards.
• Coordinate with internal audit and compliance stakeholders.
• Lead security risk assessments for critical processes.
• Guide security by design in solution development and change management.
