Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience developing iOS applications with Swift
• Background in maintaining or migrating Objective-C legacy code
• Ability to iterate under ambiguity and communicate clearly
• Strong debugging to pinpoint root causes and resolve issues
• Expertise in performance optimization for iOS apps
• Proficiency in unit and integration tests
• Ability to design solutions for open-ended product challenges
• Ownership mindset to self-start and manage time effectively
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in a small team

• Build and polish iOS features using Swift with a focus on usability and code quality
• Maintain and modernize legacy Objective-C areas while reducing technical debt
• Design solutions for open-ended product and technical challenges together with your team
• Enhance application performance through profiling, analysis, and targeted improvements
• Debug issues and fix defects across the full app lifecycle
• Write unit and integration tests to protect critical behavior and prevent regressions
• Integrate the app with backend services and address integration challenges
• Adopt continuous integration patterns to keep builds fast and reliable
• Use build tools to automate workflows and increase developer productivity
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, QA, and engineers to ship iteratively
• Share ideas, review code, and support a healthy engineering culture
• Work effectively with a globally distributed team across time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience developing iOS applications with Swift
• Background in maintaining or migrating Objective-C legacy code
• Knowledge of sound software development methodology and the ability to iterate under ambiguity
• Skills in debugging to pinpoint root causes and resolve issues efficiently
• Expertise in performance optimization across profiling, analysis, and tuning of iOS apps
• Proficiency in testing with unit and integration tests to ensure quality
• Competency in solution design to break down open-ended problems into shippable increments
• Showcase of an ownership mindset to self-start, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
• Qualifications in collaboration while working with cross-functional partners in a small team
• Capability to communicate clearly to share ideas and contribute to technical discussions
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)

• Understanding of the MVVM architectural pattern and its practical use
