A leading consulting firm in Argentina seeks a Sr. HubSpot Specialist to consult on MarTech solutions. This remote role requires advanced English proficiency and over 2 years of HubSpot experience. Type: Contractor - Hourly- Location: Remote- Time Zone: PST- Language Requirement: Advanced Level of English (Written and Spoken)As an expert in business analysis and the MarTech/ SalesTech/ ServiceTech space using HubSpot, you will consult with clients about their business needs, compile strategy and technology architecture, configure the technology, and manage a changing schedule.Day-to-day tasks include consulting on CRM and CX projects and proposing solutions aligned with client goals, business requirements, and processes.The Sr. HubSpot specialist strategizes and implements marketing, sales, and service processes. They are also proficient with automation programs and working on improving, or configuring, complex technology solutions.The Sr. HubSpot Specialist is involved in integration projects and works closely with other Inbound AV team members, aiding in the completion and delivery of projects to clients. The HubSpot Specialist provides reporting and insights to the team, ensuring integrated reporting across tech solutions.The Sr. HubSpot Specialist maintains and updates their knowledge of new technology features, products, and updates to existing features, keeping Inbound AV informed of any changes or updates.

• Experience 2+ years of HubSpot use and experience in a consulting/specialist role working with clients.
• Strategy: A solid understanding of Inbound Marketing/Customer Experience Marketing to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, and implementation, with experience using marketing methodologies and practices.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding and ability to grasp our technology stack i.e. HubSpot, Click Up, Slack, G-Suite, and Excel. Common HubSpot integrations such as GoToWebinar, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Vidyard, Zoom, PandaDoc, DocuSign, Quickbooks, etc.
• Communications: Superb written and oral communications, with an understanding of how to communicate with all stakeholders and possessing an aptitude for high-level client presentations.
• Business Acumen: An understanding of agile marketing and the talent to grasp and adopt ever-changing processes. Takes the initiative to continually look for new and better habits of communication.
• Results Driven: Passionate and focused on delivering quality results, with an eye for detail when managing fast-moving and short lead-time requests or many different projects at once.
