Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer in Buenos Aires to join a growing engineering team building a healthcare revenue cycle platform. You will work with Angular 12, ASP.NET Core 8 and SQL Server to design, develop and ship features, with emphasis on AI-powered tooling.

You will implement REST APIs, integrate systems like NCS and Microsoft Fabric, and collaborate with QA and leadership across time zones (US Eastern).

Formación

• Senior-level full-stack development experience with Angular 12, ASP.NET Core 8 and C#.
• Strong SQL Server expertise including database development, optimization and integration with backend apps.
• Proven ability to develop REST APIs and web apps hosted on IIS/Windows.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to speed coding and debugging.
• Familiarity with integrating enterprise apps with external systems such as NCS and Microsoft Fabric.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong Angular and .NET expertise who knows how to leverage AI to build and ship features faster. Join a growing engineering team developing a healthcare revenue cycle management platform that streamlines insurance claims, billing, and financial workflows for radiology and outpatient imaging services. You'll help expand a web application, deliver high-impact features, and contribute to its future AI-powered automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance a web application using Angular 12, ASP.NET Core 8 (C#), and SQL Server.

Build and deliver new features, including internal messaging, task management, and collaborative workflows for healthcare billing operations.

Develop, maintain, and optimize REST APIs, backend services, and database functionality to support application performance and scalability.

Implement and maintain integrations with internal and external systems, including NCS and Microsoft Fabric.

Leverage AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, streamline debugging, and improve overall engineering productivity.

Collaborate with a six-person development team, including senior engineers, QA, and the VP of Development, to deliver reliable, high-quality features.

Requirements

Strong senior-level full-stack development experience, with hands-on expertise in Angular 12, ASP.NET Core 8, and C#.

Solid experience with SQL Server, including database development, optimization, and integration with backend applications.

Proven ability to develop and maintain REST APIs and web applications hosted on IIS/Windows.

Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and feature delivery.

Experience integrating enterprise applications with external systems; familiarity with NCS and Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to independently own feature development and work effectively during U.S. Eastern Time hours.
