AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build backend services and content experiences within a Unified CMS platform, using Node.js, React, and Next.js. You will implement REST and GraphQL integrations, and support personalization and A/B testing.

Responsibilities include building backend services, React components, SSR/SSG workflows, and working with Contentstack, Contentful, or Strapi. You’ll participate in CI/CD and ensure performance, reliability, and quality tests.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Strong Node.js and backend development.
• Next.js or similar SSR framework.
• REST APIs.
• GraphQL or gRPC.
• Third‑party API integrations.
• Headless CMS experience: Contentstack, Contentful, Strapi, or similar.
• Reusable UI components and dynamic forms.
• Unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Experience with Jest or Playwright or React Testing Library, or similar.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with code quality tools such as ESLint and Prettier.
• AI‑assisted development only – this is NOT AI engineering/LLM expertise required.
• Personalization and A/B testing experience.

• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and E2E tests.
• Apply AI‑assisted development practices to improve productivity, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to platform performance, scalability, reliability, and stability.
• Participate in Git‑based development workflows and CI/CD processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
