Job summary

Improving is seeking a passionate Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will build modern front-end experiences with React and develop back-end services in Java, APIs, and cloud-native patterns.

You’ll collaborate across the stack to deliver reliable, production-ready software and continuously improve code quality. Remote-friendly, long-term cooperation, with opportunities to influence architecture and adopt new technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer and/or front-end engineer.
• Hands-on experience with React and back-end development, including Java services and APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong verbal and written communication with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build modern, dynamic front-end experiences using React.
• Develop back-end services and APIs to integrate cleanly across the stack.
• Design solutions, propose approaches, and troubleshoot issues on the front end.
• Participate in code reviews and support releases to production.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align implementation with evolving project requirements.
