Job summary

Darwoft, a Latin American software factory, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a FinTech project. You will design and ship React/TypeScript UI inside a modern frontend, collaborating with backend services and AI-assisted workflows to prototype and deliver features.

You will work in a remote LATAM contract, with 40 hours weekly, and engage with product, CX stakeholders, designers, and engineers to ensure reliable, scalable user experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, frontend-focused.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on with AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to integrate AI into engineering while maintaining ownership over architecture and code quality.
• Experience building complex product interfaces with forms, tables, filters, dashboards and multi-step workflows.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend practices and component-driven architectures.
• Experience with bundlers such as Webpack, Rspack, or Vite.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and OpenAPI-based services.
• Ability to debug across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Experience with TanStack Query, React Context, and hooks.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and technical decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and complex workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic software engineering practices.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and BFF layers.
• Work in a micro-frontend architecture with Rspack and Module Federation.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI and OpenAPI contracts.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, agents, assignments, conversations, and metrics.
• Contribute to authorization-aware UX with gateway permissions.
• Troubleshoot frontend and backend stack with AI-assisted workflows.
• Ensure reliability, accessibility and performance of agent-critical workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and maintainability.
