Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in LATAM and assist our financial services client on an automation platform project that serves the fitness and wellness industry.

Requests from our clients and product roadmap pile up faster than we ship them — bugs, small features, well-scoped client asks. You'll own that execution stream.

You'll work day-to-day with our Product Owner, who leads design and tactical priorities. Your work comes from a dedicated board with tickets that already have designs, specs, and a clear reason behind them: either a capability that moves the product forward or a direct client request. As you learn the product and codebase, you'll take on larger projects and eventually run as a parallel stream alongside our senior engineers.

This is a role focused on shipping, not just planning. You'll be responsible for taking well-scoped work from concept to production, collaborating across the team to ensure quality and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Ship product work end-to-end across Rails, React, and React Native
• Manage task execution and provide daily sync updates with the team on progress and blockers
• Collaborate across the organization (product, design, support) and sometimes directly with clients to nail down what "done" looks like
• Submit work for code review by our engineers and adhere to our SDLC standards
• Identify and fix technical debt when you encounter it, even if it's outside the scope of your ticket
• Investigate problems rigorously, separating verified facts from assumptions
• Communicate clearly with different roles and stakeholders (engineers, product, clients)

Workplace: This is a remote position for candidates based in LATAM only Must be able to support working hours for Ukraine or similar timezone (UTC+2/+3) ) - Could be Rumania, Polonia, Serbia, Bulgaria (East Europe) Or Spain, Italy France (1 o 2 hours difference)

Core Technologies:Generative AI, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Web application (FE+BE).Data Sources: Cosmos DB, Postgres PgVector.Algorithms and Models: OpenAI embeddings. Other Technologies: Figma Javascript/HTML/CSS

Must Have Skills:

• 5–10 years of professional experience working with code and building at-scale software systems
• Solid, production-level experience with Ruby on Rails and React
• Fluency with AI coding tools — specifically Claude Code, which we use daily. You should be comfortable and opinion‑driven about how to use it effectively and where it adds real value
• Strong opinions on what excellent, clean software looks like, with the ability to argue for them constructively
• Bias toward action: you fix small things immediately, and for bigger changes you propose a clear path rather than waiting to be told
• Product sense — you care about who uses this and why, not just how it’s built
• Investigative rigor — you separate what you’ve verified from what you’re assuming; you never let a guess become the reason for a decision
• Comfort with ambiguity and risk — you’d rather try something and learn than wait for perfect information
• Ability to leave code and systems better than you found them, even when it’s out of scope

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with React Native (we use it for mobile)
• Hands‑on experience with ClickHouse (analytics/data warehousing)
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform or similar
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture
• Experience in SaaS or B2B product teams
• Background working directly with fitness, wellness, or hospitality software
• Published code or open‑source contributions showing your coding style
