Qualifications

• Proficient in C#/.NET with strong design and debugging skills.
• Skilled with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Hands-on Azure cloud experience and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs; strong software design.
• Demonstrates clean code, refactoring, and testable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex software features with high quality and minimal supervision.
• Allocate effort across development, bug fixing, refactoring, and improvements.
• Own technical tasks from design through implementation and support.
• Balance feature delivery with technical debt reduction and quality.
• Contribute to sprint planning by estimating, sizing, and committing.
• Prioritize work to meet sprint goals, release timelines, and stability.
• Support production issues and conduct root cause analysis when needed.
• Leverage AI advances (Github Copilot) to accelerate value delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
