Santex Group is expanding its Capability Map initiative, seeking engineers who can translate complex business capability structures into intuitive, visualization-friendly experiences. You will work across frontend React interfaces and Python-based data processing to support AI-enabled knowledge discovery.

The role focuses on building scalable frontend modularity, testing, and collaboration with AI services while operating in an evolving environment where capabilities expand continuously.

Formación

• Strong React 19 engineering experience with modern component patterns.
• Experience with Web Vitals and Real User Monitoring.
• Experience building complex interactive UIs such as graph editors and diagramming tools.
• Strong frontend state management including Context and reducers with undo/redo.
• Solid Python experience in data processing, scripting, and API integration.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket backends.
• Practical testing experience with Vitest or Playwright.
• Experience with Generative UI and MCPs.
• Strong communication across business and technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English required for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Python scripts that ingest, normalize, and transform capability taxonomy data from APIs.
• Improve data shaping and tree-building logic powering hierarchical UI experiences and map navigation.

• Validate AI-assisted code, UI generation, and data transformations with engineering standards.
• Work within a micro-frontends module architecture in a monorepo and integrate with Orchestrator APIs.

The Capability Map portion of EP 2.0 initiative is focused on building the canonical enterprise representation of platform capabilities and enabling AI-powered knowledge discovery across the organization. The platform is evolving from a generated catalog into a live, AI-enriched capability map that supports chatbot experiences, roadmap insights, gap analysis, and graph-oriented knowledge outputs. The product currently includes React-driven capability and domain experiences, asynchronous API-fed content refresh patterns, capability normalization and tree-building logic, filtering across nested hierarchies, implementation scoring, maturity visualization, and chatbot integration backed by the Enterprise Knowledge Base API. We are looking for engineers who are comfortable working across frontend product engineering, Python-based data processing, hierarchical data modeling, and AI integration. The ideal candidate can translate complex business capability structures into intuitive, trustworthy, and visualization-friendly user experiences while applying strong engineering discipline to AI-assisted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend React experiences for capability map exploration, search, filtering, scoring, anddiscovery.
• Maintain Python scripts that ingest, normalize, and transform capability taxonomy data from APIs.
• Improve data-shaping and tree-building logic that powers hierarchical UI experiences and mapnavigation.
• Integrate evolving Knowledge Base and AI services into catalog workflows and discovery experiences.
• Validate AI-assisted code, UI generation, and data transformations with rigorous engineering standards.
• Work within a micro-frontends module architecture in a monorepo environment and integrate with Orchestrator APIs.
• Contribute to experimentation, testing, build reliability, deployment automation, andengineering best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong React 19 engineering experience with modern component patterns and asynchronous UI flows.
• Passionate about Web Vitals, Real User monitoring, experimentation.
• Experience building complex interactive UIs such as graph editors, workflow builders, diagramming tools, low-code tools, or canvas-heavy applications, hierarchical data structures, taxonomies.
• Strong frontend state management skills, including React Context + reducer patterns and interaction history such as undo/redo.
• Strong Python experience in data processing, scripting, automation, and API integration.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with advanced search, filtering, and discovery capabilities.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, STOMP/Websocket and backend-driven content sources.
• Practical testing experience with Vitest, Playwright, or equivalent testing frameworks.
• Experimented with Generative UI and MCPs
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical stakeholdergroups.
• Comfort working in evolving environments where AI capabilities and requirements continue to expand.
• Advanced English is required for this position.
