Job summary

Improving South America is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to deliver production software across .NET, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first engineering workflow. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8 or 9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent experience with TypeScript, Azure, and full end-to-end delivery with coding agents and rigorous verification.
• Strong Azure experience, including production deployment and operational ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for meaningful end-to-end feature delivery, not only autocomplete.
• Advanced AI-native engineering capability with multi-agent workflows, memory/context strategies, and tool harnesses.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output through builds/tests.
• Demonstrated senior product acumen with balanced self-directed investigation and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT readiness before optimization.
• Turn incomplete directions into actionable delivery plans and keep work moving.
• Align with stakeholders early when requirements conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review and verify generated work rigorously before deployment.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access for PHI.
