Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our talent network for flexible, project-based work with U.S. clients. You will integrate directly into client teams and contribute to production-grade RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.

You'll pair with designers and engineers on frontend development with Vue.js and TypeScript, design robust PostgreSQL schemas, deploy on AWS or Vercel, and implement end-to-end automation tests with Playwright in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with Python and FastAPI.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Relational DB design and PostgreSQL expertise.
• Experience deploying to AWS or Vercel and testing with Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into client teams and contribute daily to projects.
• Build high-performance RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers on frontend work (Vue.js/TypeScript).

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional Software Development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience in building high-performance RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Demonstrated experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with relational database design, query optimization, and management using PostgreSQL.
• Solid background in deploying and hosting web applications on AWS and modern cloud platforms like Vercel.
• Practical experience with end-to-end automation testing and test frameworks such as Playwright.
• Well-versed in software engineering best practices, including version control, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Proficient in translating analytical or research insights into functional, production-ready features.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
