You will own forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and deep-dive analysis across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in FP&A or corporate finance, strong analytical skills, and prior experience supporting US-based companies.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
• 3+ years in an operating FP&A role.
• Experience supporting US finance teams or US-based clients.
• Strong understanding of recurring-revenue metrics (churn, retention, ARR/MRR, LTV/CAC, cohorts).
• Hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Advanced Excel with driver-based models.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast for assigned channels.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models (volume, revenue, CAC, churn, contribution margin).
• Produce monthly variance analysis, decomposing rate, volume, and mix drivers.
• Act as the embedded finance partner to channel leaders and run scenarios.
• Build recurring management reporting and NetSuite saved searches.
• Analyze subscriber unit economics: cohort retention, revenue per subscriber, acquisition cost, payback.
• Support ad-hoc strategic analysis: pricing tests, incentive modeling, channel mix shifts, headcount planning.
• Improve and streamline inherited models and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
• 3+ years specifically in an operating FP&A role
• Experience supporting US finance teams or US‑based clients
• Strong understanding of recurring‑revenue metrics (churn, retention, ARR/MRR, LTV/CAC, cohorts)
• Hands‑on NetSuite experience
• Advanced Excel — able to build clean, driver‑based models from scratch
• Ability to communicate a clear narrative around numbers for non‑finance audiences
• Ability to work US business hours (Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern)

Preferred Experience

• Subscription, telecom, home services, insurance, or other recurring‑revenue industries
• Experience partnering with sales or dealer channels
• SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or planning tools (Cube, Adaptive, Pigment, Anaplan, Vena)

Compensation

• Target monthly salary: USD $2,000
• Contracted through a US‑based firm; paid monthly
• Full‑time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day with flexible breaks
