In this leadership role, you will deliver third‑party audits against leading standards, strengthen client credibility on human rights and labour

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in social sciences or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in social impact assessment (SIA) or Indigenous Peoples’ rights in mining.
• Proven audit experience with a minimum of 10 audits or 3+ years in audits (last 5 years).
• Practical exposure to on-site mining operations.
• Strong knowledge of social and ESG standards (IFC, SA8000, ILO).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver third-party certification and assurance audits across ISO and mining standards.
• Evaluate client conformance and maturity across management and social performance requirements.
• Lead audit planning, execution, and reporting within multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports with findings, non-conformities, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with client leadership, workers, communities, and Indigenous stakeholders per audit protocols.
• Manage certification projects end-to-end with scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Act as primary client interface and build trusted advisory relationships.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in international development, social sciences, law, public policy, anthropology, resource management, or a related field
