Dialpad is seeking an AI Engineering professional to design and maintain agentic runtime systems at scale. You will work on orchestration, tool execution, and multi-step reasoning across Dialpad’s product modalities, collaborating with ML researchers and platform engineers.

You’ll contribute to real-time distributed architectures, sandboxed execution environments, and robust monitoring while shipping reliable, high-performance software in a fast-moving space.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in distributed systems or ML infrastructure.
• Experience with agentic or LLM-powered systems is strongly preferred.
• Ability to design scalable, low-latency runtimes and secure tool integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic runtime systems and orchestration for AI agents.
• Build core runtime components: planners, dispatchers, memory managers, context windows.
• Ensure high availability, low latency, cost efficiency, and deterministic behavior.
