Qualifications

• Proven Project / Program management experience with focus on strategic initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams using standard tools (charter, project plan, RAID, RACI, process diagrams, etc.).
• Strong leadership and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Proactive, self-directed mindset in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• PMP Certification and advanced project management coursework (or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile delivery and PM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans aligned with governance structures.
• Manage day-to-day activities of projects: requirements, metrics, risk, dependencies, communications, and materials.
• Navigate stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, manage political dynamics.
• Innovate strategies and tools to overcome barriers to success.
• Collaborate with a global organization to provide strategic guidance and leadership.
• Make independent project decisions with initiative and strategic foresight.
• Document and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine plans.
• Tailor plans for sensitive projects or data as needed.
