Fluor is seeking an Electrical Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in substation and line construction, including high voltage work on mining projects. The role requires strong communication with design engineers and field teams to ensure design documents and quality standards are met on site.

The position emphasizes coordination of quality programs and liaison between engineering and construction, with an expectation to handle multiple disciplines and maintain project schedules.

Competenze

• Electrical engineer degree and ten years of work-related experience in substation and line construction.
• High Voltage experience in mining projects.
• Knowledge of local, state/province, and federal regulations.
• Detail-oriented and time-conscious work approach.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support for construction and supervision to meet Quality requirements on the project.
• Assist craftsmen, foremen, and supervision with construction-related issues from drawings.
• Provide interpretation of design documents to support construction managers and contractors.
• Maintain effective communication between the company and design engineers for timely information flow.
• Coordinate the project quality program when the quality function falls under the construction engineering department; report status to project management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
