Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end features in an AI-augmented environment. You’ll work with Django REST Framework, React.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Claude Code tooling on internal MCP servers, shaping manufacturing workflows and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.

Senior Full Stack Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities within an AI-augmented environment, using internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of your daily workflow. You'll bring genuine business drive to understand manufacturing workflows, autonomously pushing projects forward without needing continuous supervision or ticket-by-ticket hand-holding. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in English.
