Noor Hair (noorhairofficial.com) is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer hair and skincare brand. Our hair growth vitamins, serums, and sprays, along with a growing skincare line, are trusted by a huge number of customers. Paid social is a core growth channel for us, and creative is what moves the numbers.

About the role

We're hiring a performance video editor to build and iterate on direct response ads at speed, working from scripts provided by our creative strategist. You won't be writing concepts from scratch. Your job is to bring the script to life and make it perform. This is not a cinematic role. Your work will be judged by thumbstop, CPA, and what it does to the numbers, while keeping quality in everything you deliver. What you'll do

• Edit direct response video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) based on scripts provided by our creative strategist, using raw footage, UGC, and AI-generated assets
• Build high-volume creative variations: new hooks, angles, intros, CTAs, and formats off winning concepts across our hair growth and skincare products
• Use AI tools to generate avatars, voiceovers, B-roll, and full ad assets
• Apply feedback quickly and accurately, often within the same day
• Work with our creative team to turn performance data into the next round of tests

What you need

• English at C1 level or above (hard requirement). All of our work is in English, and you'll need it to understand scripts and feedback, adjust captions accurately, and communicate clearly with our team every day
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Hands-on command of AI creative tools: Higgsfield, Google Flow, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Arcads, among others
• Experience editing AI animation, UGC-style content, influencer videos, and testimonial formats
• A working understanding of what makes direct response ads perform: thumbstop, hook structure, pacing, retention curves, and CTA placement
• Ability to cut for retention: tight edits, dynamic captions, sound design, pattern interrupts
• A strong eye for aesthetic quality, with clean, polished output even at high volume
• Ability to follow a script closely while still making smart editing decisions
• Fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality
• Reliability. You hit deadlines, communicate clearly, and don't disappear
• Responsiveness during working hours, with availability aligned to EST
• A coachable mindset. You take feedback well, apply it without ego, and keep getting sharper

• After Effects for motion graphics, kinetic text, and polish
• Experience editing for DTC, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or supplement brands
• Familiarity with ad platform analytics and creative testing frameworks
