What you'll do
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor account managers, ensuring they meet objectives and targets.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with clients on their marketing goals and aid in formulating strategies.
  • Performance Review: Evaluate campaign results, provide insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize account management processes and tools for better performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage campaign budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with other departments for cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Business Development: Seek new business opportunities and assist in client pitches.
  • Continued Education: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and ensure team training.
  • Crisis Management: Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions.
  • Reporting: Update senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and account metrics.
  • Administrative Setup: Set up and maintain administrative work for clients—real estate on Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and other platforms, ensuring that all billable hours are tracked and invoiced.
What you'll bring
  • BS/MS degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications; OR equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as an account manager for a digital marketing agency.
  • Available to tend to client requests and attend meetings between 9am-3pm Pacific Time as needed.
  • Experienced in an agency setting and understanding the ever-changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a client relationship from onboarding to implementation.
  • Super organized and efficient with task management; able to work independently and remotely. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong desire to learn new skills, improve processes, and continually develop personally and professionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English at an idiomatic level and comfortable working in English.
Nice to haves
  • Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace experiences are a plus!
