EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to strengthen our Kubernetes platform operations and CI/CD ecosystem.

You will scale cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, enforce IaC, and boost operational resilience while improving deployment pipelines and platform observability. The role requires strong troubleshooting, ownership, and hands-on experience managing production workloads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Strong Terraform for infrastructure as code with state management.
• Hands-on AWS experience (VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS).
• Secure configuration and secrets management practices.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to help strengthen our Kubernetes platform operations and CI/CD ecosystem. In this role, the engineer will play an active part in scaling cloud-native infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, enforcing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards, and boosting operational resilience.
