Coderio designs and delivers scalable digital solutions for global clients. We are seeking a motivated DataOps Engineer, Technical Referent to join a fast-paced environment at the intersection of data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.

You will interact with customers to understand needs, design scalable solutions, and execute hands-on work to ensure robust data operations while thriving in autonomous, collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and Bash, and SQL fluency.
• Familiar with databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
• Proficient with AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, SQS, RDS, Kinesis, Glue, and EKS) and modern tools like Terraform, GitHub, Docker, and dbt.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to extract requirements.
• Autonomy and collaboration in diverse, non-hierarchical teams.

Responsibilities

• Automation & Integration: Develop Python components, Terraform modules, and pipelines to automate tools and processes.
• API & System Orchestration: Promote APIs to extract/update data, trigger and monitor processes, and tie infrastructures together.
• Cloud Reliability & Operations: Deploy, maintain, and oversee cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance.
• Data Modeling & Documentation: Create Data Models, technical documents, and best practices for users.
• DataOps Best Practices & Innovation: Develop policies and best practices for DevOps and DataOps, identify opportunities, and improve product features.
