EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Software Engineer to build scalable data platforms and real-time streaming solutions using Kafka Streams and Flink on AWS.

You will design data processing services in Python and contribute to Agile delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review code, mentor juniors, and maintain clear data workflow documentation while aligning with business objectives and time estimates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional data software engineering experience.
• Experience with streaming data pipelines and real-time processing.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing apps.
• Hands-on with Kafka Streams, Flink, and AWS.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile delivery.
