Valtech is seeking a data scientist who thrives at the intersection of data, AI, and creativity. You will design statistical models, run experiments, and translate findings into actionable business insights.

You’ll work with stakeholders to shape analytics solutions and deliver impact across projects. You’ll bring 4+ years of experience, a strong quantitative background, and hands-on skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Formación

• Advanced fluency in English and proven experience applying quantitative methods to business problems.
• Master’s/ PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years in data science/ data engineering/ analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python across data pipelines and analytics workflows.
• Experience with experimentation and data visualization tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and conduct statistical modeling and analysis based on business needs.
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate hypotheses and inform decisions.
• Perform ad hoc and deep analytics to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Analyze large complex datasets with rigorous methodology and explainability.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decisions.
• Translate analytical results into intuitive insights with dashboards or apps.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables.
