Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and connectors to bridge enterprise customers with our engineering teams. The role emphasizes working directly with customers to understand their data sources, security architecture, and workflows, then designing scalable ingestion mechanisms into our Identity Security platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/data/ platform engineering or related field.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise data sources and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE, networks, endpoints, apps, SIEMs.
• Work directly with customers to understand environments and integration constraints.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data (security events, logs, telemetry).
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services with Python and/or Go.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues across layers.
• Collaborate with solution architects, sales engineering, customer success, product and engineering.
• Translate customer requirements into reusable connectors and platform capabilities.
