Lateralgroup is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for its marketing analytics capability. You will own end-to-end data ingestion, CRM integration, and the data warehouse, connecting ad platforms, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.

You will design scalable pipelines using Python, dbt/Dataform, and cloud services across AWS/Azure/GCP, with a focus on data quality, security, and client-facing reliability. This is a fully remote LATAM-friendly role with a strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing or agency environments.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with proven BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling.

Responsabilités

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture— connect API pipelines from paid media platforms into Adverity, build Python connectors, and architect scalable pipelines from source to dashboard.
• Own CRM integration— build reliable CRM data connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse— optimize and store raw/processed data in BigQuery, design efficient schemas, manage partitioning and storage strategies.
• Own transformation & mapping— develop modular, version-controlled SQL schemas in dbt or Dataform.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation— maintain GitHub Actions pipelines, automated testing, and multi-client data segregation.
