Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, connectors, and integrations for a cybersecurity platform. You will work remotely with LATAM-based teams, collaborating with customers to ingest data from diverse sources into a scalable data platform using Python/Go

You will design and implement robust ingestion pipelines, build reusable connectors, and ensure reliability, security, and time-to-production across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in software/data/ platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, SASE solutions, network infrastructure and SIEM systems.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, security requirements, and integration constraints.
• Deploy and operate ingestion architectures for processing security events, logs, identity activity, and high-volume data.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, event-driven architectures, and modern software practices.
• Develop backend services using Python and/or Go; work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Operate containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes; deploy across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues across APIs, infra, networking, and data layers.
