Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience delivering technology solutions
• Ability to lead project teams, drive end-to-end activities, meet milestones, and mentor teams
• Strong experience in data engineering, analytics, data warehousing, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data architecture
• Proven ability to lead large-scale data transformation programs and distributed technical teams
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, data governance, integration patterns, and analytics delivery
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including algorithms and data structures
• Fluency in English
• Client-first mentality

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data initiatives from requirements to deployment and operation
• Design and oversee scalable data architectures, data models, and analytics solutions using Snowflake and Databricks
• Drive data governance, data quality, KPI definition, reporting standards, and best practices across workstreams
• Manage cross-functional teams of data engineers, analysts, architects, and stakeholders
• Establish technical roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, manage risks and dependencies
• Lead stakeholder discussions and translate business problems into technical solutions for senior leadership
