Parexel International is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II/Sr to join our team. You will monitor sites through on‑site and remote visits, build strong investigator relationships, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep studies on track.

This home‑based role favors candidates in Buenos Aires who are fluent in English and Spanish, hold a life sciences degree, have at least 1 year of CRA experience, and are willing to travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field is required.
• 1+ year CRA experience required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be able to travel and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor clinical trial sites through on-site and remote visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
• Manage site-level study documentation, systems updates, and visit reports
• Implement corrective actions when needed to maintain study integrity
• Ensure sites are audit- and inspection-ready
