Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

The Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist will develop, implement and sustain process improvement initiatives. We seek a professional who will conduct continuous improvement activities with medium project cost and risk and activities with less-defined processes for multiple locations. We seek for a professional which will support the design of continuos improvement initiatives, and identify opportunities through direct contact with other functional areas. Once a problem and business case is set the professional will actively support the area and team to go through six sigma methodology coaching them proactively.

Key Accountabilities

• Directly provide updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to partners and management.
• Monitor and implement continuous improvement best practices.
• Develop and handle continuous improvement plans for projects with low cost and risk, reaching and sustaining project goals.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong previous related work experience.
• Black Belt Certified (Or to have BB project completion within 6 months).
• Advanced/Fluency English language - Spanish or Portuguese as Native Language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Analytical tools, Change management, Agile methodologies, Design thinking.
• Master's degree or other post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Change Management is an advantage.
