Job summary

BairesDev seeks a Senior Data and Artificial Intelligence – Cloud Solution leader to partner with customers, sales, engineering and product teams to design and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems and drive Oracle Cloud adoption.

You will design data platforms for integration, storage, processing and analytics; recommend lake/data warehouse approaches; design batch and real-time pipelines; lead technical discussions and proofs of concept; and work with teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles.
• Experience designing enterprise data platforms that scale and run reliably in production.
• Practical knowledge of distributed processing and modern analytics architectures.
• Ability to connect architecture decisions to business outcomes and explain trade-offs.
• Experience working directly with customers from discovery to delivery.
• Experience with OCI and multicloud architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discover customers' data challenges, priorities, growth expectations, and success criteria.
• Design data platforms for integration, storage, processing and analytics.
• Recommend data lake, lakehouse, or data warehouse approaches.
• Design batch and real-time pipelines, including ETL/ELT and cross-platform integration.
• Lead technical discussions, demos, and proofs of concept; drive production deployment.
• Collaborate with customer and Oracle teams to resolve integration and operations challenges.
• Build data foundations for analytics, ML, and generative AI use cases when relevant.
