Atlas Search is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate in Argentina to lead oversight of assigned clinical sites across Phase I–IV studies. You will ensure trials run per protocol, ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, from site start-up to close-out.

You will monitor site performance, coordinate visits, SDV activities, and maintain strong investigator relationships to support timely study milestones.

Qualifikationen

• MUST be bilingual including 100% fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science discipline required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or RN a plus
• Minimum 3 years of direct site monitoring experience required
• Detailed understanding of clinical site monitoring and overall drug development

Aufgaben

• Oversee start-up, monitoring, and execution of Phase I–IV studies at assigned sites
• Monitor compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, study protocols, and local regulations
• Serve as primary contact for sites throughout the study lifecycle
• Coordinate monitoring schedules and ensure timely visits, data entry, and milestones
• Perform routine monitoring including SDV to ensure data integrity and protocol adherence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site personnel
