ICON plc in Argentina is seeking a Senior CDC to lead clinical data management activities, design and analyze trials, and support data quality and regulatory compliance across studies. The role emphasizes independent work, mentoring, and collaboration with clinical operations and biostatistics.

The Senior CDC will create data management plans, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure timely study delivery while adhering to regulatory standards and good documentation practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare field.
• Proven experience in clinical data management within pharma/biotech.
• Familiarity with data management software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 5%).

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain detailed data management plans and documentation.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies to improve data quality throughout the study lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data management strategies.
• Perform other project activities to ensure study timelines are met (filing/archiving, queries).
• Mentor junior data coordinators on reconciliation, coding, and cleaning procedures.
