A diamond marketplace company is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and build relationships within the diamond industry. This remote role requires at least 2 years of outside sales experience and a solid understanding of the diamond market. The successful candidate will actively engage in cold calling, manage a sales pipeline, and report on sales activities. Fluency in English is required.

Business Development Manager – Unbridaled

Do you have a track record of high performance in outside sages? Unbridaled Al is a cutting‑edge diamond marketplace that revolutionizes the way people purchase & sell diamonds. Our AI‑driven marketplace connects buyers and diamond manufacturers in a seamless and transparent environment, ensuring that both parties get the best value for their diamonds. Location: Remote. Country: Argentina. Open Time: (9am‑5pm EST).

Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, including retail jewelers, designers, and manufacturers. This will entail travel to visit and close customers.
  • Cold calling is a must and the person should be very comfortable making cold calls.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and convert new users onto Unbridaled.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, negotiations, and closures. Utilize our CRM to keep accurate records of interactions and effectively manage the sales process.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the diamond jewelry industry. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Unbridaled's mission and value.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities progress and results to the management team. Use data‑driven insights to refine strategies and achieve targets.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
  • A strong understanding of the diamond market, grading standards, and pricing trends.
  • Extensive professional network within the US diamond retailers, designers, and manufacturers that source diamonds.
  • Language: English (required).
