Fluor is seeking an Electrical Engineer with ten or more years of experience in substation and high‑voltage line construction to support large projects. You will assist craftsmen, foremen, and supervision, interpret design documents, and contribute to meeting quality requirements on mining initiatives.

The role emphasizes high‑voltage expertise, cross‑functional collaboration with construction managers and contractors, and implementing the project quality program.

Competenze

• Electrical engineer degree and ten (10) years of work‑related experience in substation and Line construction.
• Proven High Voltage experience in at least 2 mining projects.
• Ability to read and interpret design documents and apply them to construction activities.
• Strong communication with project management, superintendents, and contractors.

Support the construction efforts by providing technical support to craft and supervision as well as helping to satisfy Quality requirements on the project. Initiates action when necessary to ensure the project is being built as specified in the scope of work. Provide construction engineering and technical support for a specific discipline on large stand‑alone projects. Provide construction engineering and technical support for two or more construction engineering disciplines on small to medium projects.

**Basic Job Requirements**
- Electrical engineer degree and ten (10) years of work‑related experience in substation and Line construction.

- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner
