Darwoft is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join an early-stage cybersecurity project. You will design and build scalable backend services in Python/Go, ingesting data from diverse enterprise sources with AI-assisted workflows.

The role emphasizes customer-facing collaboration, strong ownership, and rapid delivery in a remote LATAM setting. You will work on distributed systems, provide robust data ingestion and integration, and deploy across AWS, Azure, and GCP with Docker/Kubernetes.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software or backend engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Python production backend experience.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development experience preferred.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with databases, queues, and data pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work in startup/fast-paced settings.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SIEM systems, and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments and integration constraints.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data sources.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven approaches.
• Develop backend services mainly with Python and/or Go.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and containerized services with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Deploy solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues and improve performance.
