AgileEngine seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-driven sales automation initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment.

4+ years backend experience required.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems experience.
• Agile delivery and Jira familiarity.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a Jira-based backlog (GTMDR project).
