Félix is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations that support a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing in an Agile sprint with Jira.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of backend experience with Java or Python, API integration, and CRM automation. This remote role offers growth, mentorship, and cutting-edge technologies.

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and Jira.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Nice-to-haves: Salesforce Apex, Calendly API, or AI-assisted sales tooling.

Responsabilidades
